Mission
Haiti
We are in the process of taking up a Lenten Offering
to aid in relief effots in Haiti. We have already been
blessed to send one offering this year and I know God
will bless this ongoing ministry effort.
All of our
offerings to Haiti go through UMCOR (United Methodist
Committe On Relief). You can find out more information
about UMCOR by going to their website - www.umcor.org.

2010
Please set sail with us at Maple Avenue UMC from June
28th - July 2nd for Group Publishing's "High Seas
Expedition" Vacation Bible School. Each day from
9:00 a.m. until noon,we will have lots of fun and adventure
"exploring the mighty love of God." Children
in K-5 through 5th grades are shipmates in the Elementary
VBS program. Preschoolers age 3-5 are a part of Skipper's
Preschool Play Deck. Children must be 3 and potty trained
at the time of VBS. Mark your calendars and come aboard
