The Maple Avenue congregation is regularly involved in mission and outreach opportunities that serve those in the Marietta community and across the globe.  Here is a list of our 2021 Projects

Special Offerings:  Throughout the year we are collecting funds to help with United Methodist causes in Georgia and throughout the globe.  We also take up offerings to help local ministries such as MUST.

Lenten Offering: This year's Lenten Offering helped support Cobb Street Ministries.  Cobb Street helps provide housing to Women and Children in our area

​

Food Pantry:  This year we will host several Food Drives to assist the MUST Ministries Food Pantry. 

​

Back to School Drive:  Each year we collect supplies to help children in the Marietta School District as they start back to class. 

​

Family Christmas Drive:  This year we will work with the Cobb Foster Adoptive Parents Association to provide foster families with Christmas gifts and supplies.  The drive will start in November. 

​

Operation Christmas Child:  This fall/winter we will be collecting supplies for the Samaritan Purse's shoe box ministry.
