Rev. Dr. Heather Jallad

Rev. Dr. Heather Jallad has served small, medium, and large churches across the North Georgia Conference as both a Lead Pastor and an Associate Pastor. She pioneered the Fresh Expressions movement in NGA, planted several dinner church communities, and is a recipient of the Harry Denman Award for Evangelism. She now serves as Regional Developer for the South Central District. In addition she serves as the Director of Training for Fresh Expressions North America.

She holds a BA in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, an MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a DMin. in Church Renewal and Fresh Expressions from United Theological Seminary. Heather loves to go for long walks anywhere outdoors, is always reading something new, enjoys cooking and sharing meals with friends, and is currently learning everything she can about sourdough. She and her husband Marten live in Duluth and have two young adult daughters and a 13 year old Boxer Pitt Mix named Domino.
